In my current role as head of New Initiatives and Business Excellence, I manage a team dedicated to these efforts. I have also previously managed the P&L of our Hyderabad unit, where I successfully drove revenue growth after a period of stagnation. Additionally, early in my career, I spent significant time building data models and BI dashboards, analyzing data, and leading a team of data analysts.
