Unfortunately, no. Once the test is started, you need to finish it in one go. Also, as a lot of students are taking the test simultaneously, it will be unfair to give additional time to some.

Unfortunately No. To keep things fair to everyone, it is important that no exceptions are made to select individuals. Also, there are second-round assessments as well. So because of those constraints, it is not possible to conduct the test on multiple slots even if we wish to.
Unfortunately No. The test can NOT be attempted from the mobile device. The mobile devices cause distraction e.g. calls, makes it difficult to read the text, and do not support the mechanisms for ensuring the integrity of the test. We highly recommend you arrange for a desktop or laptop device from your friends, seniors, or relatives for the purpose of appearing in the ESAT.

Yes, you can register for Embark. But if you are open to an internship starting 2022, and are not prioritising getting a full-time job at the earliest, you are welcome to register for Embark.
Yes, you can register to experience the Selection Round 1 test. But you will not be selected in the final list. This internship is not for you. Third-year students enrolled in dual degree programs (five-year) are the only exemption. They can register and can make it to the selection list based on performance.
Yes, as long as you are enrolled in the final year or pre-final year of an undergraduate or postgraduate program, you can participate in this.
Currently you wont be able to register for the program using international mobile numbers. We are solving this problem. Till then you may sign up with an Indian number. We will keep you posted if things change.
Yes. Our goal is to offer you more opportunities and not restrict you. Please consider the Upraised Embark Program as an off campus opportunity that is not in any conflict with your placement process. However, once you are selected, we inform your placement cells about the selection. It is up to the placement cells to decide if they would like to allow you to sit for more opportunities or not.
Yes. We assume that if you are appearing in our process after receiving an offer, it means you are interested in the opportunities that Upraised is offering. Hence, we do not put any restrictions. However, if you already have an offer then we encourage you to reflect about your interest and participate only if you are not happy with your current offer.
Also, we strongly advise you to check placement policies of your institute & comply with those. In case of any conflicts, the final decision will be governed by your institute policies.
Yes Absolutely. You can appear again. You don't need to create another account. You can log in from the existing credentials. You'll receive the updates over email.

You will be required to provide very basic information such as you college name, degree name, your graduation year and a few details around your past education.

There are 3 rounds of selection tests. After each round, all the participants will receive a detailed skills report and selected candidates will move to the next round.
The first round is common for all the career tracks. After round 1, based on your performance you will be given a chance to pick career tracks. You can opt for multiple career tracks. More details will be shared with you upon qualifying for round 1.

It is a hands-on thinking test and hence no preparation is required. However, you can practice with a mock ESAT (Embark Skills Assessment Test) on the Embark dashboard to get familiarised with the test interface and the question types. For identity verification purposes. If you fail to produce documents that verifies the information you have provided, then you will not be selected for the program. It does not carry any weight for the final selection.
It primarily depends upon the performance of candidates in the selection process. We have secured more than 500 opportunities across career tracks. If we find talented candidates, we will select them. As a base case, we’re expecting to select at least 300 candidates across all the five tracks.
Merit list for each track is created separately. You can get shortlisted for multiple tracks & appear in their selection process but eventually before the admission into the Embark Program, you will be required to select one career track.
ZERO fees. The program is free for students. For upskilling, we have collaborated with industry leaders who share our vision of creating opportunities for you. And, we also charge companies after they make a full-time job offer to you.

All 300 selected candidates will get scholarships to support their 6-week training program and placement. It will be zero cost for students.
It can vary between 15000-70000 per month. Minimum 15,000 is assured.
We have verified and only onboarded financially sound companies with robust management in place. You will have a very smooth internship experience. In the rare case of any unforeseen situation, Upraised will take full responsibility and ensure that you get an internship at another company in the same career track. Once selected, an internship is guaranteed to you by Upraised, 100%.
These are high-growth companies with sound financials and backed by renowned investors. We work with 300+ companies. All the companies that hired previously from Embark are also participating. The exact firms for each career track is being updated continuously and will be shared with the selected candidates. More information around it will be shared with you via your dashboard that you can access after completing the registrations.
It can not be said that all companies hire for all the five tracks. But companies do hire for multiple tracks. But you can expect that all the five tracks have similar types of companies.

After you pass round 1 selection test.
You can select multiple career tracks. You can prioritise them in preference order.
To help you with this, we will release a video on each of the career tracks that will explain the kind of problems you would work on. You can watch those to create your priority list.
We will select 300 candidates across all the five career tracks. It can increase as well. Numbers can vary across career tracks. Last year, we had offered only Product Management internships. From this year onwards, we have started offering 5 different career tracks based on the demand from companies.
By training candidates, we make candidates ready to deliver from Day-1. It makes candidates confident & productive. It also enables them to contribute during internship in a significant manner thereby increasing their chances of receiving full-time offers.

Necessary things so that you can perform during your internship and get PPO (full-time offer). It includes (a) Foundational skills depending on the your career track (b) Interview prep both technical & HR (c) A good resume

No. The content is self-serve that you can watch at any time based on your academic schedule. All the mentorship sessions are conducted on weekends or late night so that it does not conflict with your schedule. This would start in November.

Yes. You can appear in the interview process of multiple companies given they have shortlisted your profile. But once you receive an offer, you can no longer participate in the placement process through Upraised.
There are two types of Internships. Six-month: Jan - June; Two-month: May - June / June - July. Candidates are given the option to choose the suitable window based on their academic calendar.
